If you want my advice, I'd say that placing the shambler into a non-perspective, non-real position is a bad idea. Either create perspective to put the shambler in or cut him altogether, otherwise it just looks like you pasted it in as an afterthought.
I created two folders in the Zip file that contain one with a shambler, and one without a shambler.
When/If you released that improved revision, could you include a widescreen version(16:10, not 16:9)?
Yeah. My computer is 1366x617 too. It looks awkward, and that's what I plan to improve along with the rest of matters. Ajunk, what factors of the background do I need to improve to suit your needs? It would help me.
That's pretty obvious. I'm not one to pretend something doesn't look terrible because I want to spare someone's feelings. It looks terrible. You either really need practice or spent like 10 minutes on this, so either get better or put more effort into it.
Hey, thanks for being honest. I really should spend some time improving it, and cut out a better render of the Shambler.
I've made a second version, and pretty much everything is improved and better. The Zip archive has two folders, one with a shambler and one without it.
Old Paragraph: I've decided to make a new menu background for ZM after I got bored of the current one. It's not the greatest, but I like it. It's based a little off of the Zombie Panic! Source menu background.
