They made the heavy move faster when spun up, which in turn made Natasha way more powerful since you can now more easily chase down enemies.
I personally think that the best way to balance Natasha would be to decrease spin up time and walking speed.

I don't really care about TF2 updates anymore. New gamemode sounds kinda cool. The only thing I want from them is the last two goddamn meet the team videos but it's been well over a year since meet the spy.

It's such an easy way to keep people interested. A few hours of texturing and modeling a hat/other cosmetic item, some code and blamo: more content for your 3 year old game.
