Chinese Democracy as a whole wasn't a terribly good album, and this song especially is too mellow for Rose's voice. The last half is way better than the first though.

3.5/5 Pretty good intro, but the whole "rising from the ghetto" lyrical content was overdone by much more talented rappers in the 90s. Also worst way to use sampling, especially from the Beattles.
