Need help with physics objects

So I made a prop_physics_multiplayer cinderblock and disable movement. That's great, it doesn't move. However, I made the manipulator enable movement on that cinderblock when it's activated, yet the cinderblock remains still.

Try setting it to a prop_physics, that sometimes works for me. Also, check the inputs and outputs to make sure they're working.
