Not everyone is an Artist at birth, or an HTML god smile
This.

I could design the site maybe. I've done one, trying to show of all my skills a year or so ago, it turned out decent. And everyone here has probably seen some of my photoshopping skillz.

I've already applied in the Team Sign-Up thread. Like I said there, I don't know if I'll be REALLY useful, but I'll do the absolute best I can.
That's a great idea. Trust me, I've seen your work, you'll be really useful for this.

If you want, I can give you FTP to a sub-link of whatever.alters2.com to test it as you make it so we can easily move it over to a new place. Whatever you want, I don't really care.

Some websites such as 1&1.com let you reg extra domains for free. I have hosting with them so I could look into getting a temporary one, then assign it to Alters hosting.

Getting Tanner an external storage (Terabyte harddrive is what I have in mind) sounds like a good idea, Ill be glad to donate once I get a bank account open and the cash itself.

Oh, so you just expelled gas and bits of poop into the air loudly during our intimate moment, but whatever.

Could you link me to this hosting service?

Hey Major, can I see some of your website work? Just curious.

NOTE: This is not the best I can do. This was mostly a test to see if I could get the website working with HTML and CSS. As I said previously, this was made over a year ago.

My website

All the buttons at the top are broken except my Myspace button, so don't bother pressing them.

You have to buy hosting FIRST, but I am pretty sure it gave me the option to purchase additional domains for £0.00

Ugh.... I know im going to get horribly flamed for this, but here it goes.

I know how you guys are looking closer in the community for people to help with the hosting and designing of the website, people like Major_Casualtie. And im not putting down your work man.

But im trying to look at this from a purely objective point of view.
Ompster knows his shit, look at his website and some of the things he's integrated. Looking over the website and such recently much deeper than usually its very solid. I know that im part of the Voonix community, and its just going to sound biased but if somone else in the community was willing to do what hes willing to and could produce what he can, then i'd probably back them.
But think about it for a while, he's willing to host and design the website, and he has experience comming out his ass.

Oh and Major, i checked out some of your work on deviant, and one of your space images is now my desktop =]

Anyway, Flame away.

I may not have what it takes, and I'm willing to accept that. It just means I need to work harder and get better.

But like I said, that website is well over a year old. I've gotten better since then.

Did you write the code from scratch or use a WYSIWYG editor?

And I looked at Ompster's site. That stuff's impressive.

I have a lot of personal data so I don't know if the Storage could contain it.

Can you? Are you sure you're not just registering the additional domain in your package?

Like I said external Terabyte hard drives (1000GB storage) are about 100 bucks. So if 10 people donate $10, you wont have to worry about computer failure. Unless you have more than a TB of of stuff, which I doubt.

Oh, so you just expelled gas and bits of poop into the air loudly during our intimate moment, but whatever.
