Whenever I try to install anything on steam,it says it makes me login and then says the steam servers are busy and to wait a few minutes.Ok so I went to tech help on steam,and they gave me some suggestions,so I tried them.Nothing.
Ok so its seems its about Steam,but it didnt do this ever until I installed Zombie Master.One suggestion was that a 3rd party mod had missing files,so i reinsalled it with full and I even tried a fill of any missing files.Ok all done.Still nothing.

What?

Try deleting your steam/clientregistry.blob and reboot steam. Its hard to find out what exactly you tried and what the problem is by your post.
