It's impossible to make zm_deathball suck, by virtue of it being the greatest map ever created, ever.

I have to honestly say Z3RO, unless you're not done with this model, this isn't your best work. The tape doesn't look right, and the axe head looks blocky.

Alt fire idea: You flip the axe and hit them with the spike on the opposite end of the blade. Possibly an upwards attack.
